Exactly what I was looking for

These are exactly what I wanted for my lobes to match my other piercings, as an every day earring, that wouldn’t poke/scar the back of my ear. Great quality and like having the option to choose which size I wanted. Definitely recommend!

Just got my second pair of NeoMetal studs

First ordered a pair of 2mm with a 11.1 mm labret (too long); Just got my second pair in the mail 2.5mm with 8mm labret (much better fit). I love these and they are not as in the way as a butterfly earring back or other backing. Once you bend/adjust the backing you don't have to adjust them again. I love the minimalism of these. Next I will probably get a 3mm stud with 7.1mm or 6.4mm labret. Shipping was much faster on this second order. Thanks!

Jewelry sent in a regular envelope will often arrive damaged if it gets here at all. The image above is an envelope we received not too long ago. We do not accept damaged jewelry or liability for any loss due to insufficient packaging. Recycling the original packing materials is a cheap and green solution.

We accept returns and exchanges for any reason so long as it remains heat sealed in the original packaging. All jewelry is individually packaged in clear heat sealed bags that allow for a good visual inspection of size and color. Before opening the bags, please take a good look at your jewelry and make sure it meets up with your expectations. Your jewelry is guaranteed to be delivered undamaged and free of manufacturer defects. Broken, missing or incorrect items must be reported within seven days of delivery. Items can be exchanged or returned for refund within thirty days of delivery confirmation, but only if the original heat-sealed bags remain unopened. We do not allow returns for custom anodized titanium jewelry or specially marked clearance items. Original shipping charges will not be reimbursed, but replacements for any defective or broken merchandise are always shipped free. Refunds are issued to the original payment account and usually takes a few days for the credit to post.
