Wrong shape was sent

I received a d-ring that is way more rounded. I ordered this one because it looked more flat on top. The one I got sent looks like the other d-ring on their site. I called and they argued with me saying it was the right one when clearly it's different than the picture. So no refund or reship of the one in the picture, nothing. Except I can pay to send it back and be out original shipping for something not my fault. So I'm not ordering from here again.

Nice quality!

The D Rings came packaged nice and the quality really looked good. Unfortunately I couldn’t use the jewelry from it being too small. I was going to exchange it but they don’t have the size I need and you don’t get shipping back so it’s a gift to a friend

Jewelry sent in a regular envelope will often arrive damaged if it gets here at all. The image above is an envelope we received not too long ago. We do not accept damaged jewelry or liability for any loss due to insufficient packaging. Recycling the original packing materials is a cheap and green solution.

We accept returns and exchanges for any reason so long as it remains heat sealed in the original packaging. All jewelry is individually packaged in clear heat sealed bags that allow for a good visual inspection of size and color. Before opening the bags, please take a good look at your jewelry and make sure it meets up with your expectations. Your jewelry is guaranteed to be delivered undamaged and free of manufacturer defects. Broken, missing or incorrect items must be reported within seven days of delivery. Items can be exchanged or returned for refund within thirty days of delivery confirmation, but only if the original heat-sealed bags remain unopened. We do not allow returns for custom anodized titanium jewelry or specially marked clearance items. Original shipping charges will not be reimbursed, but replacements for any defective or broken merchandise are always shipped free. Refunds are issued to the original payment account and usually takes a few days for the credit to post.

*Some items may exclude your order from shipping discounts due to physical dimensions, increased weight or packaging requirements.
