True to size, 12g

They're 12mm's long and 2mm's wide, smooth, lightweight, and have strong o-rings.

It comes with a size chart, your receipt, a sticker, and it took about a week to get to me on basic shipping.

Single flare glass plugs

I would have given 5 stars but I was sent the wrong size for one of the sets. Customer service asked me to place the plugs on a size chart that I don’t have and send them a picture. The plugs are clearly marked 36mm and I had ordered 32mm. To not have to deal with this inconvenience I am just going to keep them and order from a different company next time. The stars are due to customer service and not the product.

Amazing as always!

I've been collecting more sizes as I go down my stretching journey and these are always so comfortable and smooth compared to others. One brand I tried (only because they have 0.5 mm/ "half sizes" sizes, which i wish this brand had) felt significantly more rough and actually burned going in a little? Regardless of how much jojoba oil i used or how long I waited to size up (my lobes were definitely ready for the half size up, the material of those plugs was just ass). Have never experienced that with these!!

Please make half sizes !!!

Jewelry sent in a regular envelope will often arrive damaged if it gets here at all. The image above is an envelope we received not too long ago. We do not accept damaged jewelry or liability for any loss due to insufficient packaging. Recycling the original packing materials is a cheap and green solution.

We accept returns and exchanges for any reason so long as it remains heat sealed in the original packaging. All jewelry is individually packaged in clear heat sealed bags that allow for a good visual inspection of size and color. Before opening the bags, please take a good look at your jewelry and make sure it meets up with your expectations. Your jewelry is guaranteed to be delivered undamaged and free of manufacturer defects. Broken, missing or incorrect items must be reported within seven days of delivery. Items can be exchanged or returned for refund within thirty days of delivery confirmation, but only if the original heat-sealed bags remain unopened. We do not allow returns for custom anodized titanium jewelry or specially marked clearance items. Original shipping charges will not be reimbursed, but replacements for any defective or broken merchandise are always shipped free. Refunds are issued to the original payment account and usually takes a few days for the credit to post.
