Listing photo is a lie

Ya so dont buy this if you want the colors in the image above. at all.

Its a typical acrylic pincher, and it doesnt deliver on the one thing it had going for it (the neon color) this is really disappointing

I ordered purple and got a pastel almost pink purple color. its a little lighter in person than on camera, but even this slight color variation isnt enough to justify the one listed in the photo.

the biggest thing is that the colors ARE NOT the same as the photo and is certainly not neon. my hair is almost the same color as the purple septum shown on their website i was so happy to finally find a purple septum on my shade AND it was cheap but im so disappointed. i should’ve known better but this is just going in the trash

i like that it’s cheap and it’s a good temporary pincher but it’s not as colorful as i hoped i wish there were pictures of the different sizes and colors so i could see what they look like, other than that it’s a good pincher

We do not accept damaged jewelry or liability for any loss due to insufficient packaging. Recycling the original packing materials is a cheap and green solution.

We accept returns and exchanges for any reason so long as it remains heat sealed in the original packaging. All jewelry is individually packaged in clear heat sealed bags that allow for a good visual inspection of size and color. Before opening the bags, please take a good look at your jewelry and make sure it meets up with your expectations. Your jewelry is guaranteed to be delivered undamaged and free of manufacturer defects. Broken, missing or incorrect items must be reported within seven days of delivery. Items can be exchanged or returned for refund within thirty days of delivery confirmation, but only if the original heat-sealed bags remain unopened. We do not allow returns for custom anodized titanium jewelry or specially marked clearance items. Original shipping charges will not be reimbursed, but replacements for any defective or broken merchandise are always shipped free. Refunds are issued to the original payment account and usually takes a few days for the credit to post.
