All jewelry is individually packaged in clear heat sealed bags that allow for a good visual inspection of size and color. Before opening the bags, please take a good look at your jewelry and make sure it meets up with your expectations. All jewelry is guaranteed to be delivered undamaged and free of manufacturer defects. Broken or missing jewelry must be reported within seven days of delivery. We have to assume that breakage occurred after delivery if jewelry in not heat sealed in the original packaging. Items can be exchanged or returned for refund within thirty days of delivery confirmation, but only if the original heat-sealed bags remain unopened. We do not allow returns for custom anodized titanium jewelry or specially marked clearance items. Original shipping charges will not be reimbursed, but replacements for any defective or broken merchandise are always shipped free. Refunds are issued to the original payment account and usually takes a few days for the credit to post.

Domestic Orders

Order subtotal is the price after discounts have been applied. All orders shipping to P.O. Boxes, APOs and FPOs ship via the United States Postal Service. Package tracking and delivery confirmation is included with all of our shipping options.

Most orders are currently taking us two business days to process and ship. Transit time estimates are based on orders placed before 9am CST. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and other federal holidays. Orders addressed to rural destinations or remote regions of the United States should expect longer transit times.
