Too wide!

Dood! Nobody's lobes are that thick! It's like you have to put o-rings on each side just to make them not appear hanging out of your ear hole! I had forgotten about that with these Gorilla glass ones. I want to return them.

9mm is not 00

9mm is the size in between 0 and 00. Flares weren’t even. Maybe that’s because they’re handmade. I guess I should have paid better attention when purchasing, but again. 9mm is in between 0 and 00. 10mm is 00.

True American Wire Gauge 00g actually measures 9.2658mm, but most manufacturers now produce their jewelry in metric sizes. 10mm is most common, but 9mm or 9.5mm are not unusual. This is especially true with jewelry from premium makers like Gorilla Glass, Glasswear Studios, Oracle Body Jewelry, etc.

Jewelry sent in a regular envelope will often arrive damaged if it gets here at all. The image above is an envelope we received not too long ago. We do not accept damaged jewelry or liability for any loss due to insufficient packaging. Recycling the original packing materials is a cheap and green solution.

Terms & Conditions

We accept returns and exchanges for any reason so long as it remains heat sealed in the original packaging. All jewelry is individually packaged in clear heat sealed bags that allow for a good visual inspection of size and color. Before opening the bags, please take a good look at your jewelry and make sure it meets up with your expectations. Your jewelry is guaranteed to be delivered undamaged and free of manufacturer defects. Broken, missing or incorrect items must be reported within seven days of delivery. Items can be exchanged or returned for refund within thirty days of delivery confirmation, but only if the original heat-sealed bags remain unopened. We do not allow returns for custom anodized titanium jewelry or specially marked clearance items. Original shipping charges will not be reimbursed, but replacements for any defective or broken merchandise are always shipped free. Refunds are issued to the original payment account and usually takes a few days for the credit to post.
