Great experience, but jewelry missing gem

The purchasing process was great! I received my product quickly, with some great packaging. However, whether it be my fault or Tulsa Body Jewelry's, my jewelry arrived with no stone in the stud. I opened the heat-sealed packaging thinking the gem was there since is was a clear diamond, but it was not. Because I opened the packaging I do not expect a refund or return, since you have to keep the heat-sealed packaging intact to return, which is my fault! Overall a great experience, but be sure to check your jewelry before opening the plastic! (I have contacted the company already notifying them)

Jewelry sent in a regular envelope will often arrive damaged if it gets here at all. The image above is an envelope we received not too long ago. We do not accept damaged jewelry or liability for any loss due to insufficient packaging. Recycling the original packing materials is a cheap and green solution.

We accept returns and exchanges for any reason so long as it remains heat sealed in the original packaging. All jewelry is individually packaged in clear heat sealed bags that allow for a good visual inspection of size and color. Before opening the bags, please take a good look at your jewelry and make sure it meets up with your expectations. Your jewelry is guaranteed to be delivered undamaged and free of manufacturer defects. Broken, missing or incorrect items must be reported within seven days of delivery. Items can be exchanged or returned for refund within thirty days of delivery confirmation, but only if the original heat-sealed bags remain unopened. We do not allow returns for custom anodized titanium jewelry or specially marked clearance items. Original shipping charges will not be reimbursed, but replacements for any defective or broken merchandise are always shipped free. Refunds are issued to the original payment account and usually takes a few days for the credit to post.
