Cute, good fit, exactly what I wanted!!!

I got the 16g 3mm red ones and it is exactly what I wanted. I got my piercing a few months ago so it’s not healed yet but to make the process more fun I decided to just change the balls. It took me a few tries to finally get them on because they’re small and my fingers are slippery but after putting on latex gloves and figuring out the best way to screw them on, It turned out really cute :)

Broke on the first night

I really wanted to love these. They're exactly what I was looking for and they were seemingly perfect. I cleaned them and put them in last night only to wake up to two of them cracked in half. Super disappointed but I guess that's to be expected with little acrylic balls. Two are still good so it's not all bad. I'll be sure to get extra next time to account for breakage.

Ball ends don't fit jewelry

I bought a bunch of 16g ball ends and the holes are too small to fit my 16g barbells. I don't know if I was sent 18g by mistake or if these have a manufacturing defect or what but they were a waste of money.

These aren't available in 18g. It's more likely that your barbells measure 14g. You could send us a photo of the barbell laying in the middle of our measurement card and we can check this for you. Please send it to help@tulsabodyjewelry.com.

Unfortunately the sizes I ordered weren't correct due to my error. But I will be reordering again soon

Jewelry sent in a regular envelope will often arrive damaged if it gets here at all. The image above is an envelope we received not too long ago. We do not accept damaged jewelry or liability for any loss due to insufficient packaging. Recycling the original packing materials is a cheap and green solution.

We accept returns and exchanges for any reason so long as it remains heat sealed in the original packaging. All jewelry is individually packaged in clear heat sealed bags that allow for a good visual inspection of size and color. Before opening the bags, please take a good look at your jewelry and make sure it meets up with your expectations. Your jewelry is guaranteed to be delivered undamaged and free of manufacturer defects. Broken, missing or incorrect items must be reported within seven days of delivery. Items can be exchanged or returned for refund within thirty days of delivery confirmation, but only if the original heat-sealed bags remain unopened. We do not allow returns for custom anodized titanium jewelry or specially marked clearance items. Original shipping charges will not be reimbursed, but replacements for any defective or broken merchandise are always shipped free. Refunds are issued to the original payment account and usually takes a few days for the credit to post.
