These are great cuz you can get the Lenth & Guage you NEED (...& color, as well, if you choose)!! I bought two 14 gauge, 5/16", High Polish Silver for my Labret Peircing. ((( BTW! Just FYI - Their Titaium 3 Prong 5mm Opal (internally threaded) Balls go AMAZING! on them - check them out!! I bought 6 of those, as well - awesome colors & high quality!!)) Anyway, the biggest problem ist't that big of a deal on these Labret Studs, however the Flat Disk in the back is a little small in diameter for my taste but not a big deal at all (...it's big enough). I did have a minor mishap with my first order on these from TBJ, however I made one call to the TBJ company & they fixed it BEYOND MY SATISFACTION, IMMEDIATELY, WITH OUT ANY HASSLE!! - so I am thrilled with their great Customer Service!!! I live in Southern California but I will be shopping with TBJ for as long as they are around on-line!!! So happy with my purchases here...really nice & honest people work there at Tulsa Body Jewlery!! Buy these Labret Studs you guys, they are worth it!! You can wear them with the ball it comes with. It's a 4mm ball. (I like bigger though.)The internal thread is awesome & tight - solid & sturdy, & comfortable enough to wear while sleeping, showering, & brushing your teeth!!

as described, always excellent quality! my 14g internally threaded beads/dermal tops fit on the post perfectly. glad there are many size options, i had trouble finding those in-between sizes, even from wholesale accounts! thank you tbj
