    Please clean acrylics gently with non-abrasive anti-bacterial soap, a warm water rinse and pat it dry with a soft cloth. Alcohol and other chemicals can quickly ruin most acrylic jewelry. It's not recommended for long term wear, unhealed or initial piercings. It may become warped, discolored and degraded by prolonged exposure to heat or sunlight.

Great retainers, but….

I really enjoy these retainers. They are the perfect length for my cheek piercings. They stay in place, and easy to put in. I would give them a 5/5 but I have found a little issue. I’ve found that the push in top itself is a little sharp again the surfaces it touches, in this case, my cheeks. After about 3 days, I have to change them out due to the irritation the edges of the push in top causes. Otherwise, I truly love these retainers, great quality, especially for the price point!

The only material that aids healing for me!

I am very sensitive to any kind of metal. Bioflex is the one of the only alternatives that have allowed piercings to fully heal. These pieces are great quality and fit well with the metal push tops I have (also bought here). Great company and customer service as well!

I once used a retainer with the plastic o rings and unfortunately kept losing the rings. So when I saw this I new it was the perfect solution. Comfortable and inconspicuous this retainer is the way to go!

All jewelry is individually packaged in clear heat sealed bags that allow for a good visual inspection of size and color. Before opening the bags, please take a good look at your jewelry and make sure it meets up with your expectations. All jewelry is guaranteed to be delivered undamaged and free of manufacturer defects. Broken or missing jewelry must be reported within seven days of delivery. We have to assume that breakage occurred after delivery if jewelry in not heat sealed in the original packaging. Items can be exchanged or returned for refund within thirty days of delivery confirmation, but only if the original heat-sealed bags remain unopened. We do not allow returns for custom anodized titanium jewelry or specially marked clearance items. Original shipping charges will not be reimbursed, but replacements for any defective or broken merchandise are always shipped free. Refunds are issued to the original payment account and usually takes a few days for the credit to post.
