Snug JewelryFollowing the fold of cartilage downward toward the outer ear leads to the snug. This piercing is about midway on the ear and is typically worn with a 16g curved barbell. It's sometimes referred to as the anti-helix piercing. The jewelry may be changed two or three months after being pierced but may not heal until around six months or more.
