These 20 gauge mandala hoop earrings have a silver finish and synthetic opals. The post is made from 316L surgical steel. These have an overall diameter slightly larger than 2-1/8". They can be worn as regular earrings, but were specially designed to comfortably fit inside most flesh tunnels.
