The bioflex nose bone retainer is 5/16" long with a 2mm ball head. These are made to be inserted from the inside of your nostril, but many people wear the large disk facing out. These are an excellent short term solution for hiding your nostril piercing. These cannot be autoclaved. Choose your size and color below.
